Interest rates aren't an issue in China, they've been slowly cutting rates as they have the deflation not inflation problem and that's where most EV sales still are. I think everywhere else interest rates have probably peaked and so even if someone buys a car now they can always refinance next year or the year after when rates are anticipated to get a cut.
