average joe doesn't have the luxury of affording 2 cars. he/she is having trouble paying for the petrol one that he/she needs for the flexibility to go whereever, whenever.
the desire for an additional ev in the garage to go for his/her weekend look at moi cafe latte sip is not on the radar.
that's the market ev's now need to expand into, but it ain't happening quick enough, is it.
