The other sources are all the same as SMM. Benchmark were supposed to open a sustainable index but I can't find it. Whether or not it is dodgy the PLS contract price tends to follow trend pretty well.
It contract prices do follow the trend of this index (or similiar indexes), I don't know how supposed high cost operations are still operating at full capacity.
