Possibly true however spot price impacting long term contract price as it's part of the mechanism. PLS and others may sell nothing on spot market however it impacts their margins. Buyers might only buy on contract so they are happy their contract prices keep declining as the spot market does. Why the sellers like PLS seem not to care interests me most.
