I think it is the fact they have a 30 year mine life, the best value for the company is getting more $$ now to stimulate investment, our returns later are practically guaranteed
Healthiest thing to do is to ensure we get thee (high cash bal) and where possible expand/invest (this needs capital and easiest way for PLS to raise capital is to sell spod)
