Yes, if they sign up with the juniors/explorers via offtake, which does not help their cause in the short/medium term. Therefore, as China raw material offtake agreements with OZ, Chile, ARG come up for renewal and additional/expansion capacity comes online from incumbents, IMO there will be deals/JV's done with US parties, chem conversion JV's, etc., which one would assume would create a deficit in China markets, as the demand pull expands to ex-China regions such as the US. IMO, it will be an incremental process, slow at first then steady yoy growth as the US mid/downstream supply chain builds.
