Yes, I do realise that new higher highs are in the recent past with very limited predictive value.
They are only past events but they may signal evidence of pending activity.

My interest in their future continuationation confirms and strengthens
a diagnosis of potential changing sentiment ... upwards or downwards

Without the future the recent past signals are not seen to be confirmed and lack value.
Thus the future is critical to confirming a change of direction

So it is important to note that only the future matters ... QED
