After a couple of years following Li and reading about Li almost every day, my take on the situation is the macro economy, i.e EV demand and the delay of cheap EVs. We need interest rates to go down to see acceleration of EV uptake and at the same time we need cheap with reasonable driving distance EVs where the $20k-30k buyers are comfortable with.
