Yes, BYD’s sales, from December to January, are down 40.92%. @preay003 is correct on that isolated point. I did a quick Google search and found multiple articles on the subject, all from the last day or two.
What he/she has left out is that Chinese auto sales of all types see a seasonal dip in January and/or February, EVERY year. The statistic that is most useful is that January sales for BYD were UP, year-over-year, by 33.14%.
