Cash costs do not represent the overall cost. For a company to operate normally, various costs need to be considered, such as tailings processing. The construction of CATL's tailings pond requires a significant investment. In addition, the government of Yichun sells ore to CATL at a cheap price, but actually requires a "resource tax" of 30,000 yuan/ton.
