This was what I put the rise in lithium stocks down to. But there was no discussion re the report in the AFR on any of the HC lithium stock forums. If he does in fact announce a substantial and relevant to PLS package tonight in Newcastle the pending JV announcement will need to factor it in. May lead to a delay in decision but better to get it right. Could be way off the mark but we will see.
