Just a bit of casual trolling by the looks of things. I do actually relish the thought of EV's beating fossil fuel cars according to the same standards which have been used to attack them. Price of ownership is just about here with the cheapest new models. EV's are just now starting to dominate some motor sports (e.g. hill climb type races). I can see a future where petrol stations might shut down and cause fossil fuel range anxiety, while chargers are plentiful and batteries have ample range.
