Sorry to tell you but road is designed on level of use - highway, feeder, local etc and pavement design is for (generally) the 95th percentile vehicle - both for size and load. this includes trucks.
The definition of the vehicle is adapted over time as vehicles develop.
Lesser pavements may have a reduced design criteria but in general speed (impact) will rule pavement depth while steering friction will govern slow movement pavements.
Trucks are obviously heavier than EV's and the design criteria will adapt to a heavier vehicle as use increases.
I seriously doubt any substantial car park would have any issue with EV use.
