Just wait and see the war chest everyone loves to quote get used and drained down with the report pending Thursday. With a JV funding deal being announced but with tiny equity stake locked in. If banks can't provide the cash... ask rivals with the cash instead and become friends instead.
No dividend announcement as well nor share buy back. Long term will be livid that the company isn't pleasing shareholders after what damage shorters they have done in the last 5 months.
