If we are having a JV I too am a bit surprised a TH was not in place yesterday, would certainly expect one today if it’s all go.
Since the below was announced so much has happened to the market, and covid obviously so delays were to be expected.
A lot of the detail was suppose to have been put to bed so a few of those things noted in the article may need further clarification.
