I can see city dwellers who are purchasing apartments in years to come, will have EV charging as one of the criteria for the purchase of the dwelling. Building regulations should already have EV charging included, as many other countries already have. Unfortunately, we drag the chain here. The cost of electrical augmentation for EV charging in most existing apartment blocks would scare off most body corporate committees.
