Use the total number short on Feb 23 as your bench mark - that number is 639,349,071
Now all the action occurred on Feb 28 ie share price jumped 7.5% and it went through a key resistance at just under $4
So four days - feb 29, march 1, march 2 and march 3 - MARCH 3
then compare the total number short on Feb 23 ie 639,349,071 with the number you get on Feb 28 when all the action occurred ie lithium price went up.
If below 639,349,071 then maybe shorters are covering. but if above that number/21% then shorters couldn't give a stuff about the rise in the lithium price and are holding on in anticipation of a greater decline in the share price down the track
simples!
