The price at $5+ with lithium at all time highs didn't reflect that continuing for more than a few months. That's why it hasn't crashed much even though lithium prices have gone down so much - the high prices were never priced in ongoing. If they really thought the $3b+ cash coming in was ongoing, the company would be $30-40b market cap at that time. I hope that solves your confusion
