If you know the market history of iron ore, you can reasonable predict what going to happen with PLS

back during the iron ore shake out where iron ore fall below $40
all smaller player and explorer went belly up or exit one with decent asset get bought out like Atlas iron and the sector get consolidate into a few major low cost producers, they collective now control the market with their low cost model and the rest is history iron went all the way to $200 and now settle above $100 for many years now

bhp and rio it cost them around $25-$30 to produce so at $40 and $37 they still keep ramping up the volume and the recovery came, they rake in Billions, have you seen bhp and rio, fmg dividend after the shake out, it is out of this world

so what is happening to lithium now? PLS is comparable to bhp and rio in cost scale for production so at $1000 they can still ramp up and expand while other smaller high cost player pause or exit, some will goes belly up, what will happen next will follow the same story as the iron ore story

just like that history will repeat and lithium will surely goes back to $2000-$4000 mark, we don’t need it to go to back $8000 and still rake it in
