What's the price difference between the outgoing ICE powered model vs the new 500e model?
That's not a fair comparison only because Legacy OEMS do not have the scale of production for EVs compared to their ICE equivalents. The legacy OEM will not price it even if they could (yet) because they still make most of their money from the ICE vehicles (for now).
What should still be compared is an EV maker for a similar petrol from another brand. I agree we're not quite at price parity yet but we're getting pretty close.
