The only shining light in the Chinese economy (at the moment) is their EV sector. As such, Xi will do everything in his unlimited power to keep it alive and growing. Hense, in typical Chinese fashion, manipulation to a high degree. If one reads the early history of China V Mongolia and the age-old methods of manipulation employed by the Chinese to stop the Step tribes from uniting, it gives some historical insight. Then along came Genghis Khan of whom saw through their lies and manipulation - and the rest is history.
Today, the market is Genghis.
