I’ll take mainstream media quoting a company release as more reliable than someone saying “yeah...nah...”
This deal has been a few years in the making.....it looks like the downstream partner has said GO and what needs to happen is 1. Formation of a JV and the structure for that, 2. Finance.....a big enough balance sheet could see POSCO debt finance it.
Won’t be long now....
