Wall Street journal report CATL rallies on JV talks with Xiaomi and automaker BAIC on a factory venture, could be a paid for head fake too, Ganfeng +7 and Yahua #5% as well so seems more sector based. I was thinking more along the lines of the fact that they have been stealing the worlds lithium reserves at crazy manipulated prices for so long and getting away with it.
