Do we know what the volume is on the spot market? Perhaps it is very small and if downstream require more feedstock it is not available. If PLS do not sell through the spot market any additional volume it has but through its BMX auctions it might make the spot market even less.
I have seen the futures market had very little actual volume delivered so far for Jan and Feb and the March contract only has 452t if I read the open interest correctly. So more of a financial tool than an actual delivery tool?
