So far circa 6% of lithium supply has been removed from the market (according to an analyst report I scanned today) - accuracy unverified.
But yes, the higher that percentage goes the better for well-run, low production cost producers - like PLS. Just basic economics 101.
Save a broader market Black Swan event, the lithium sector shake-out should be well and truly over by...let's say Xmas, and a return to circa $6,000/$7,000 - in my unhumble opinion.
