I think we are all well aware why the institutional investors are using the futures sham as a tool.
They may well deliver a couple of bags of non-compliant rubbish via standing contracts - but most likely will just roll over for another month.......or two....or three.....(how many are we up to now?)
meanwhile PLS just called them out.
