Problem is, PLS need not accept the bids if they so wish. Didn’t reach reserve price, highest bidder gets to negotiate.
Apart from resorting to Leshitolite and African DSO, the ever increasing demand will back them into a corner and accepting incentive pricing as the best option for the sector, at some stage.
