Easy solutions available. E.g. 10:1 or 100:1 depositary shares. PLL used to have those while they were still am Aussie company.
I remember buying PLL on the ASX for 12 cents and the US price was 8-9 USD per share. Each US share was equivalent to 100 AUS shares.
