I saw somebody else make the same comment. But this report from SMM specifically states 2million tonnes of spod as well as 2mil tonnes of petalite. So seems to be a new development.
We will need to see more data points from the ALB auction on the 26th to get further evidence of sustained Chinese demand. Can't make any excuses of ALB can't achieve higher prices.
