Changes nothing for my investment case either way. Information out of China is opaque at best, and as you both point out who knows how much of this was already known to local chinese buyers and how much it may have already affected sentiment.
For me, the real insight into the current market will be the ALB auction on the 26th of this month. Should separate the noise out.
