The nature of weather as opposed to climate makes it impossible to predict with any certainty, but conditions are in place for a bad hurricane season, temperature records, sea level rise, floods etc., and that would give Biden a lot to work with.
If it doesn't happen this year, the odds only shorten that it will come in the next Presidential term. Maybe climate disasters will be for a second Trump term what the pandemic was for the first. The very thought of it makes a blue wave seem possible, but I really don't know what will happen.
