Yesterday i was thinking that a TH should be in place, but in easence the Binding agreement released is still in effect.
It clearly states subject to board approvals.
Thats whats happening, the market is still informed.
PLS board may be meeting to go over the quarters results and part of that is the JV.
No doubt an update next week otherwise Ken can expect alot of queries i would imagine.
