Totally misguided, this fool is trying to appease a very vocal and radical minority.
Him contradicting another front bencher regarding nuclear power (ok for submarines, but not ok for base load power generation) is just a joke.
Bowen, or anyone else on the Looney Left, don't have the balls to implement common sense, nuclear base load power.
And if you remember a few weeks ago, Bowen the clown, didn't understand the difference between a small compact EV (that requires lithium in it's battery) and something like a Ford Ranger. It's taken a few weeks, but the inevitable back flip.
