yes they are producing electric vehicles, they are produce ICE vehicles as well.
Toyota don't believe that 100% electric vehicles are a realistic option and will continue with both (have taken out a patent for zero emissions ICE engine).
I looked at both but decided on an ICE engine in about 13 years we will have a clearer picture.
