Just out of curiosity, does the shopping centre have surplus PV supplies ie net exporters? Or do the chargers have dedicated PV array just for them?
22kW is a lot for a free outlet?! A 10A outlet only does 2.2kW. So your centre has provided two 100Amp AC rated outlets where it could loose upto 350kWh worth of power on a cloudy day?! At the commerical 30c power tariff, thats over $100 bucks a day!
