Prices for batteries continue to fall irrespective of the Lithium price. The Lithium itself doesn't contribute much to the cost to the battery, it's economies of scale and improvements in development of the battery packs. Lithium is the anode and you can see below it's flat and has been for a while
In fact the below is already a tad out of date, < $80/kWh is being achieved now thanks to CATL.
