With the potential of catastrophic fire, mass adoption of lithium grid storage batteries is very unlikely.
LG have been recalling their tinderboxes for months now, and that will put many consumers off the idea of having a lithium fire-starter sitting next to their house.
This is an interesting, unbiased, video of where things are headed.
Possibly a threat to the lithium supply chain?
