Planned equals new calcs from analysyts in their Li price models.Planned equals Li speculators hoarding on expectations for higher demand causing movement off the spot price lows. That would be the trigger for PLS price movement as its being used as a spot price proxy.Of course it may fall apart if Tesla doesn't deliver. But it may also trigger further price reductions by Chinese EV manufacturers and will stimulate more customer demand and volumes.
