I infer from your post that you think I am some sort of envious junior, but no, I am an affluent old turd too, so it already hasn't turned out that way "champ".
We'll be OK, we'll have enough money to pay our children and grandchildren to visit us in the nursing home when the loneliness starts to bite. The important thing is to keep the younger generations so poor that they'll never have the luxury of saying "I wouldn't go and see him even if you paid me."
