Unfortunately I don't think this is the right time to do that.
Lithium price is dead in the water. Seems unlikely it's going anywhere any time soon. As such, buying back shares now would be very expensive given PLS share price. If however, PLS share price dropped considerably that could be a reasonable idea.
If the company is confident they can continue to make free cash (which is questionable at current prices) they could look at a dividend.
