How does one prove illegality ?
Also what is illegal selling ?
Everyone knows that naked shorting is not legal.
What other selling forms could be defined as illegal ?
Suspecting illegality or its close neigbour collusion is one thing
Proving it is another
Major short sellers have deep pockets and well funded lawyers
How to fund detection of current or future illegality is the key question
Is a class action needed ... and against whom ???
Is there a big lawyer willing to help ???
