Travesty for any justice system built on western principles (which includes Australia).
Regardless of political allegiance, anything which cheapens the idea of justice and leads to business people not knowing whether they will end up in jail purely because of their political persuasions also removes the value in countries like Australia and America who have enjoyed huge inflows of capital because of their legal systems.
