PLS is well into its development upgrade and is producing positive earnings results. It will soon settle into a steady dividend paying company, presumably on the formula previously provided (even though that was not adhered to last year, for safety reasons). We are unlikely to see the huge dividend returns of our brief period in the SUN, but a steady dividend based on our formula will lead to a usable P/E ratio type of valuation and things will become clear. Of course we will still be subject to 'mining industry' type variations, but at least they will be recognisable.
