"All warfare is based on deception" from The Art of War. That's how the Chinese roll. They obviously feed information to analysts to deceive. We just don't know if they are now deceiving the investment community about apparent large stockpiles of Lithium or if Hooper and JL were deceived into believing stockpiles were decreasing. The mystery continues.
