Just putting things together
1) The Shorters knew about some sort of action by the European union.
2) They knew this would create problems for China linked/Chinese partial owned Lithium plays.
3) The action by the European union will absolutely slow don EV sales in the short term.
4) At some point there will be pick up in EV sales once the interest, but there will be a lull in activity on the lithium front
Hence they have hung around for months and months without really gaining downward trajection
Kinda makes sense
