With a market cap now well below A$10b (currently A$9.4b), PLS should be worried about an opportunistic TO offer. And, I reckon RIO now sees PLS as being "in the zone".
RIO would only want tier 1 assets in tier 1 jurisdictions - and Pilgangoora is as tier 1 as it gets!!
I'd be disappointed with such an outcome as in the clear light of day, PLS is worth much more than its current pricing suggests.
