"Where does price recovery come from?"
I think the price recovery can come only from those who bashed the price black and blue in the first place. They are those US big finance companies which deal not only in share but also future markets. They are the speculators and the controllers of commodities.
Chinese battery manufacturers need Li. They pay whatever the market price is. If they ever could manipulate the price, the price of Li would never have reached what it was last year or the year before.
