My view is in spite of climate warming politics and media some consumers are sensibly holding out on purchasing EVs and/or home-based batteries for safety reasons. Solid-State batteries will become available in the next year so that would reduce the risk of fire significantly. I remain patient while the technology matures. Meanwhile, this all falls into the hands of PLS which is low cost, remaining profitable and is continuing to grow and diversify.
I expect market confidence to turn around eventually, especially if the Calix venture is successful. Very happy to watch the scaremongering push the share price down so that long-term investors can take advantage.
