"Be greedy when others are fearful" comes to mind. Don't buy if you think decarbonisation is a fad. Don't buy if you think materials are not a cyclical sectors. Don't buy if you think demand will never surplus supply. Don't buy if you think lithium-based batteries will not represent the majority of commercial battery tech in the future for EVs and energy storage. Don't buy if you're looking for a quick trade. Don't buy if you think the vast war chest of cash PLS has will be squandered. Otherwise, it might be precisely the time to buy imo.
