One in three new electric cars sold in Australia is a Tesla Model Y, and last year it dethroned the Toyota Corolla to become the world's best-selling passenger vehicle. That is a huge number ... and more and more electric vehicles are being released to the market every 3 to 6 months.

Do a count tomorrow, add up how many domestic and commercial use items you come across in your day that are powered by lithium batteries ... then multiply that number by the number of households and businesses across the globe. That will be a Fu*king big number.

That demand is not declining. People are not saying "boy, i really hate the convenience of portable battery power."

It just boggles me how any reasonable person can support a claim that the amount of lithium the world needs, for the battery revolution, is reducing, and that there will be a long term deficit.
